Why? Located a pretty 20-minute walk from the wine village of Volpaia, Villa al Monte has superb facilities: a heated pool, hot tub, pizza oven, ping-pong table and fenced children’s area with playhouse and swing. It’s ideal for a young family in Tuscany for the first-time.
The villa with a short transfer from Florence Airport: Villa Gugliaie
Why? A 16-mile drive from Florence Airport takes you to your own private infinity pool. Located on a 246 hectare estate, Gugliaie also has on-site horse riding and is within walking distance of San Casciano Val di Pesa.

Why? A spacious property for large families, Albizi has a billiard room, large pool, private sauna and gym. Tuscany’s famous Go Karting circuit in Castelnuovo Berardenga is 20 minutes away.
