Our tour of Florence’s markets will help turn you into a seasoned expert when it comes to sourcing high-quality ingredients, as well as a professional in the kitchen when it comes to preparing and creating the flavour-filled and aromatic dishes most commonly associated with Italy.

Private Cooking Class
Once you have explored the sights, sounds and smells of the traditional Tuscan markets, it is time to learn more about Italian cooking. Not only will your chef guide you around the markets, showing you how to choose the best ingredients, but they will also show you how to get the best flavours from them and create a light lunch that you can enjoy with a glass of wine.

The Tour starts at 9:30 am at the market
After some shopping with your chef you will go directly to the private studio and start the private hands on cooking class. The cooking will start at around 11 am and will end with a light lunch prepared by you and your chef.
The light lunch will end at 2:30 pm.
