Tucked away in the village of Premosello-Chiovenda on the edge of the Val Grande National Park, the villa is within walking distance of a number of shops, bars and pizzerias with a dramatic mountain backdrop. A weekly market takes place each Thursday. The beautiful towns of Stresa (26km) and Verbania (24km) on Lake Maggiore are within a 30 minute drive, along with the Borromean Islands. Enjoy Michelin-starred dining in Orta San Giulio on Lake Orta (32km/20mi). The centre of Milan (109km/68mi) can also be reached in just over an hour by car or by train.

Motorway exit: from the motorway to Domodossola, take the exit at Mergozzo. Follow for 5km to Premsello-Chiovenda exit. There is gated parking for up to 6 cars between the villa and the pool terrace.

Railway station in Premosello-Chiovenda is 600 metres from the villa. Bus service from/to Verbania is 200 metres from the villa.
