We truly enjoyed Casetta Termine! Our first time to Tuscany and thank you for the suggestions for places to see and restaurants. Thank you too for guidebooks. We ere so happy to spend time in your lovely villa. It is so comfortable and perfectly decorated. Beautiful setting! Waking up to the sunrise was magical. We helped ourselves to grapes on the patio. Thank you for such a relaxing, rural retreat. We hid away from everything and enjoyed the privacy and calm of this beautiful cottage, and we couldn’t get the kids out of the pool! We enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Montalcino with wine tasting – if you go do visit Boccon Divino restaurant. Amazing! Above all we enjoyed meals at Rifrullo in Scansano. A most relaxing week in this very comfortable Tuscan villa. So relaxing just to sit and enjoy nature at its best. Visited all the nearby towns. Orvieto, though a 2 hour drive is worth the visit. Its Duomo at the top is incredible – fantastic frescoes. As you drive up take the parking to the right as you can use the lifts to get to the top of the town. Scansano is 10 min drive and easy to go to for food, wine & coffee. Dee & David

Tonight, as we are sitting watching a beautiful sunset, we are so grateful to have spent a week here. We were here a few years ago – and enjoyed driving around the countryside, exploring the towns. But this year, we couldn’t tear ourselves away! We cooked, we read, we swam, we watched the sun rise and the sun set. We wanted to enjoy every moment int his beautiful oasis. Thank you for creating it – we will be back again for more peaceful, beauteous days + nights.

This was our first stay in the Maremma and we are enchanted with its wildness, the macchia, the authentic villages and towns (above all Scansano), the beaches…we even found for the list time a fantastic beach club where dogs are allowed: we all had a great time at Fuorirotta Beach club just in the beginning of the marina of Grosseto. And of course we enjoyed very much this romantic place, Casetta Termine, with its splendid views on Castello di Montelupo, the peace, the authenticity of its interiors, the well equipped kitchen. Thank you very much, we would like to come back.

A week at Casetta Termine was simply not enough. We will always remember this quaint cottage overlooking the rolling hills as a little bubble of happiness. Sun, gorgeous scenery & nature to salivate over. Summer 2023 got off to a magical start for our party of 4 at this idyllic spot.

Casetta Termine is just the perfect place to enjoy and discover Tuscany and Maremma! We loved the setting of the house, surrounded by nothing but the lovely garden and nature! We love cooking and were happy to find this lovely and well equipped kitchen. We are also into wine and can recommend the Enoteca in Scansano, where you can taste the local wines. Thank you for a perfect vacation! We will be back

This is a truly magical place – your lovely house, garden and pool, all in an amazing setting. We have loved the privacy and outer peace. A nightingale has serenaded us day and night, birdsong everywhere and the buzzing of insects. We’ve spotted a pair of roe deer in the garden, a hoopoe, a hare and several foxes. Thank you so much, it’s hard to tear ourselves away!!

A great house in a fabulous setting! An eventful week here at Casa Termine with a baby in hospital but made better by returning here to fabulous views and stunning surroundings! Giulia and Ottavia were fantastic and really went above and beyond to support us while we were here, could not have asked for more! Fabulous final meal at Il Rifello, a must visit!! Abbiamo trascorso due deliziose settimane a Casetta Termine. Joseph, Suzanne e Aurielen hanno incontrato formiche, salamandre, conigli, cervi, cavalli. Adoravano nuotare in piscimna e gicare in giardino. Ci ha conquistato la Maremma: il mercato di Scansano, la bellissima Cala Violina, Acqua village e i grandi scivoli, Pitigliano e Castiglione di Pescaia. We truly enjoyed a wonderful week in Casetta Termine! The house is wonderful, the nature takes your breath away and the wildlife, although sometimes (at night) a bit scary :-) is wonderful to watch. Evenings on the terrace, watching the show, are memories forever! Thank you to the caretaker!

We have thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surrounding and the sunsets at this lovely house. It has been extremely hot but with a pleasant breeze and the wonderful swimming pool we have enjoyed not going too far. The children have enjoyed looking out for wildlife. "Dear Ottava, We immediately fell in love with this lovely house, garden, exquisite pool, and the tranquility of all this sitting on the porch, talking about the smothering views of the Tuscan hills while sipping a great local Morellino si Scansano real in a moment in earthy heaven. And an undistinguishable one: there is only natural you can see and no one even remotely touches your privacy. Having too (strongly) windy but still warm days we escaped the irresistible temptation to spend the whole day at/in the pool and set out for a day trip to dip in the hot springs of Saturnia, and interesting in the views of the picturesque Pitigliano while having a local meal, was a treat. We loved to take the 10-minute drive to Scavano (the nearest tourship) almost every day and to do our groceries in the small but very well stocked inCoop supermarket or just walk in the tiny but mesmerizing old town and enjoy a drink in Piazza Garibaldi. There are quite a few restaurants around the Piazza, but undoubtedly Il Riffrello is the best of them. We ordered the Fiorentina, which was definitely the best we ever had. From the terrace of Le Rifello, you can see toursof the Porta (the entrance of the old town) with the clock beating every hour, 5 minutes too late. To wash down the immersive piece of perfectly cooked and seasoned meat we drank a bottle of Morellino, which proved to be the best companion to the exquisite meal. After a few days here you sadly realize that one week is too short of a time for being fully absorbed in the beauties of Southern Italy. We consciously left things and places undiscovered to give expectations for our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful week in your lovely home! It is so incredibly beautiful here. We had never been to Tuscany in the autumn before this holiday. We came, we saw, we were conquered! An idyllic location for what has been a wonderful week's break. We don't want to leave!

Casetta Termine is the ultimate romantic hideaway. After 30 years of marriage this was a perfect "second honeymoon" destination. We loved the beautiful house, the architecture and the interior design, the setting with Montepo in the distance and the wildlife: a tortoise crawing through the garden and a bat asleep in the morning by the pool. Advice for the next lucky inhabitants: go to Pereta and eat at Trattoria da Maria Moretti the food is delicious, then walk around Pereta. It is exquisite

We had a lovely stay and our oldest daughter had her birthday her and it was fantastico! We loved the weather as it was sunny and warm

This villa is full of charm and character with many artistic and interesting features. The view is spectacular and you watch the moon rise over the hills opposite in the evening. It has an exceptionally pretty garden and pool area. Tranquillity is the word that perhaps best describes the ambience of the villa. Thank you for a lovely stay at Casetta Termine! We loved the beautiful gardens and the views, and the artistic and interesting house! We explored the countryside and even had a day trip to Elba! P.S. If you want to visit a vinery Val di Toro is about 30 minutes away, and does an amazing rose' called Anna's secret

This villa has been the peaceful dream we needed! We already cannot wait to be back when the pool and summer will be ready!

We have returned after two years and the peace and quiet and private location is everything we have remembered. Mario is as usual very helpful and the house is cosy. Nothing could spoil our time here.

Thank you to the owners and caretakers for creating such a perfect setting for us to enjoy. the villa is so perfectly decorated , so perfectly stocked with everything to get us start. The villa certainly feels like it is loved, not just a rental with absentee owners. it has got the vibe of people who really love it and take good care of it. Everywhere your turn, both indoors and out, you find something to love. the views, the pool setting, the garden, the interior design, the furniture.. everywhere here is something beautiful. We enjoyed the simple life, cocooned in this perfect little villa. We hope to be back again.

Having spent two days touring Pisa and Siena, Casetta Termine has been a complete contrast. Complete relaxation in a wonderfully rustic environment complimented by the sound of birds singing. It has been a wonderful way to spent our 24th wedding anniversary. Beautiful Tuscany never disappoints; we love it.

We stayed in Caseta Termine for 3 weeks on our family vacation and it has just been wonderful. The house is located in a very quiet and nice area, well equipped. What we enjoyed most was the privacy around. The swimming pool on the property is excellent and cleaned on a regular basis. At the place we revived useful written tips from Tuscany Now&More about the area, local info, etc., which made our life easier there. Thanks a lot to the TN&M team for our perfect summer vacation home and nice memories from Casetta Termine.

Thank you so much for this magical week in the sunny hills of Tuscany! the villa and property are breathtaking - truly the perfect setting for our honeymoon :-) We were very grateful upon our arrival to be greated by Paola and Mario with instructions for everything we needed and to find basic necessities well stocked, from matches to toilet paper and shampoo to pasta and wine! the views are spectacular, the setting is wonderfully peaceful - both day and night - and we had a ton of fun looking for wildlife... we spotted a badger and a pole cat nibbling on the grapes which had fallen onto the front terrace (on different nights!) we really loved that Castello di Montepo is seen from the huge semicircle window of the main room - it made us feel like medieval Italian nobility visiting the countryside. the villa was the perfect base to explore Tuscany from: we did day trips to Grosseto, to marina Alberese, to Potigliano (highly recommended) and even to Rome! Scansano is a great and easy-to - find nearby town for anyone who loves to cook as we do, to pick up wine, vegetables, meats, cheeses etc. The store owners are very frinedly. we cooked pasta almost everyday and we really enjoyed sharing coffee/tea and a light breakfast outside on the patio in the morning watching sheep graze on the nearby hill. Casetta Termine will always have a very special place in our hearts as a secluded romantic escape where we began our marriage. we sincerely hope to one day have the opportunity to return!

It is very rare to find that the pictures and promotion match the setting but they certainly do at Casetta Termine. Received great up to date info from the agency on our day of arrival (after sever storms, etc.) We were met by Paola and Mario who were most helpful and welcoming. This week has been the most relaxing imaginable, beautiful weather, peaceful, private house and good food (pizzeria La Vigna very good and reasonable). The Enoteca Scansanese in Scansano centro has a wide selection of local (and other) wines and helpful staff. This place is so good that the best thing would be to tell no one so that it will be fine when we book again for a return visit!

We've had the best stay here. The villa is a magical place to visit. Total relaxation, gorgeous wine, lovely pappardelle with ragu from all local restaurants. Paola and Mario are very kind and very sweet and made our stay here more special. Scansano is near and good for supermarkets, banks and on Monday, Friday and Saturday there is a fish stall in the square. We''ll definitely come back!

We had a wonderful lazy and relaxing holiday at Casetta Termine and the lovely Maremma countryside. We would love to come back

We all had an absolutely fantastic time in this beautiful villa. Plus an extra amazing trip to the natural springs of Saturnia. On the last night we found the best restaurant at someone house up among the hills which served us beautiful food and wine! Thank you for having us

We enjoyed the stay here very much! The cottage excelled any expectations; everything was available. We liked the surrounding nature and wildlife and certainly the privacy!

We liked in particular the privacy of the property, with very nice views; the old-style design combined with modern kitchen appliances. The property was well prepared for our arrival and the caretaker was so kind to wait for our late evening arrival, that was outside the regular check-in hours.

We had an incredible week in this very special villa. The setting was beautiful and very private, the pool was wonderful, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was rustic but charming - we loved every minute of our stay and were sorry to leave.
