Dear Federica and Mario, what a privilege to spend the past week in your beautiful villa. Our family has created so many memories over the past few days. This is a magical place, and we will be forever grateful for this opportunity. Your care and love for the land and for this villa is evident. Your warm hospitality made us feel welcome and at home. We loved everything about it. From the fruit tree to the incredible views, and mostly, the peace and quiet…what a magical place is Elaios! Thank you both and Gloria for everything! Hopefully this is a not a goodbye, but it is a see you again some day Elaios!

Federica and Gloria, Julie, Siena, and I have had a lovely stay at Elaios. The house is beautiful and so well laid out, with the air conditioning throughout on added bonus. We loved the outside areas, around the pool, the roof terrace, and particularly the sitting area. The views towards the Apennines are amazing, very special from dawn to dusk. And the gardens are immaculate kept and very beautiful. Special thank to Gloria for looking after us. It was a real treat to have breakfast laid out every day and the house kept spotlessly. And all carried out in a friendly, unobtrusive, and efficient way. Thank you very much, we loved our stay!

Dear Federica, Elaios is a gem. We-a family of five + dog – had a most wonderful holiday here. The place, the house and the garden were kept spotlessly. We enjoyed every day. The large, lush pool, the outside very cosy sitting area, to two fridges, the beds all the modern comfort inside and outside. The daily breakfast and room cleaning done by lovely Gloria was an additional service that we did enjoy very much! We will miss the beautiful view, the relaxing pool area and the tranquillity atmosphere all around us. Mille grazie for a 5* holiday!
