The charming village of Lucignano, known for its well-preserved elliptical layout, delightful restaurants, bars, butchers and vibrant weekly market, is just 5km/3.1mil away. The villa’s central position offers easy access to some of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations. Cortona (27km/17mil), with its Etruscan heritage and scenic streets, and Montepulciano (21km/13mil), known for its wine and Renaissance architecture, are both around a 30-minute drive away. Motorway: From the Autostrada A1 (heading towards Rome), exit at Monte San Savino. Continue for 13.5km (8mil), then turn onto SP55, Strada Provinciale dell'Esse, SP25, and Le Corti towards Località Selve di Sotto in Lucignano. After 13.5km (8mil), turn off onto a white road. The gated villa entrance is accessible via a 200-metre (656-foot) gravel road and offers parking for up to five cars. Additional parking is available at the back of the villa, accessed through a manual gate.
