Just 7km from the spectacular hilltop medieval town of Orvieto on its rocky plateau, home to one of the most stunning cathedrals of the country — the ‘Golden Lily’ which crowns Orvieto’s skyline — and the ideal base for exploring the many Etruscan ruins and tombs. The picturesque hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio is only a half-hour by car, while Terni, Viterbo and Todi are all under an hour’s drive. Also, Spoleto and the main cities of Rome, Florence, Siena and Perugia are all comfortably reachable in under two hours’ drive. By Car:
Motorway exit Orvieto 15 min 10 Km/6.2 mil. Gated double entrance. From the car entrance, a gravelled path leads to the main entrance on the ground floor of the house. From the second entrance, a driveway brings to the covered parking area for up to 4/5 cars on a lower level of the property. A metal staircase connects the parking area with the ground floor patio.
