Villa Dasya

We rented the Villa Dasya .Enzo was the liaison between Tuscany , Now and More and Letizia ( owner of the Villa.) Enzo was easy to work with, and always responded to my questions promptly. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Mrs. Letizia, Enzo and Vincenzina for a dream vacation. We were celebrating my daughter's 50th. birthday. Within a week before our trip there were 2 hurricanes that hit Tampa. There was a lot of devastation, my daughter lost her house and everything in it. Also lost her 2 cars, we too lost our cars and suffered much damage. We where in total despair. And not having electricity did not help. So we briefly cancelled the trip, but we reconsidered and decided to go. The house is magnificent and it has a very interesting history. The location was great, the view of the town from the terrace is breathtaking. We could walk to the town of Lari, where we enjoyed delicious food. We went to the pasta factory there. At the house Vincenzina and Anna prepared meals fit for a king. She set the table for 12 very elegantly. And the owner, Letizia made the arrangements for a musician named Nicola, whose voice could be confused with the likes of Andrea Bocelli. My guests all expressed how this was a night they would never forget. Neither will we. Fondly, Natasha and Miguel Del Toro

Such a special week here in villa Dasya! Beautiful Tuscany! We enjoyed every single moment here and we are looking forward to coming back! Vincenzina is EXTRA-ORDINARY! She is the sweetest person with the biggest heart and her foo is delicious! GRAZIE, GRAZIE, GRAZIE PER TUTTO !!

A lovely house in a beautiful location. We will miss the view! A really great two week, Vincenzina looked after us and cooked some delicious meals. Highly recommend the Gelateria and the restaurant I Burattinai in Lari. Grazie mile!

The words cannot describe, and the pictures do not do justice! We had an unbelievable time at Villa Dasya and can’t believe the week went by so fast! The perfect location allow us to venture out to Pisa, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi, Firenze! Never the less, at the end of the day returning to this mesmerising view and cosy and spacious “home away from home” was a dream come true! We truly appreciated the attention to the details and love and smile of the housekeeper Vincenzina. Thank you for unforgettable memories made!

We are leaving this beautiful villa this morning. Our family and friends have had a wonderful time together enjoying the villa, the exquisite views and our darling Vincenzina who looked after us magnifically with her delicious meals and lovely presence. I have asked her if she would come home with me, but she declined. Lari is a lovely town and we hope to return very soon! The Berry family and friends

We have felt welcomed from the minute we arrived! Letizia was kind enough to visit us and help with restaurant choices. Vincenzina has looked after us really well and always with a smile! She has also made us some amazing meals which we very much enjoyed! In the area we have found a restaurant “ Le Colombaie” in Ponsacco which we visited twice and highly recommend. We enjoyed our day in Lucca but were equally happy relaxing on the terrace with the stunning view of the village. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to have spent the last two week here. Thank you for letting us stay! Our stay here was magical. We made many memories by the pool, in the kitchen, on the patios, and getting lost among the many rooms. No detail has been overlooked, resulting in pure relaxation. Villa Dasya was perfect for our stay. We were 12 in need of 6 rooms and this property fitted us perfectly.  Amazing outdoor areas, swimming pool, kitchen and views to Lari castle. The service at the villa was excellent and we thank Vincenzina for her excellent service and Alexandro for a great meal on the first night. Thanks Enzo for excellent communication, even partly in Icelandic :)

Villa Dasya is absolutely magical, and all the arrangements have been perfect. Everything we could want - the location next to Lari is a huge benefit and the owner is incredibly helpful.

The experience was great. The Villa we rented was Villa Dasya. The home is located in Lari, Italy. This is a large Villa and very livable. There is enough space to accommodate a large group of travelers. The kitchen was well equipped and this was ideal as we all enjoy cooking. The garden and pool areas were a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and we ate dinner almost every night on the upper deck. The village of Lari was an easy drive. Small shops, two good restaurants and two meat markets.make up the town of Lari. The larger food market was only a 20 minute drive. Easy to get to other small villages and Florence was only a two hour drive.

Villa Dasya at Lary was the perfect spot for my family summer holidays. We was a big group, the Villa was big enough for holding us, with all the comfort and facilities. I am particularly a lover of history and the atmosphere of family memories, love, design, beauty and care that is breathed in the villa was absolutely extraordinary for me. The Villa is so beautiful, the people who work there, they are cordial and helpful, a delight of people, especially Letizia , the owner of the Villa, she helped us to create the most beautiful family memories, arranged excursions, restaurants, taxi, making everything much more easy for us. Our kids specifically enjoyed the days around the pool and the evening walks in the center of the city that always end up with the most amazing gelato. Without a doubt we will return to Lari and to Villa Dasya. Best regards

We stayed in villa Dasya for a week celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and visiting his grandfathers birthplace north of Lucca, with seven of his sisters and their partners. Where do I start what an amazing place to stay we felt like we where in a five star plus hotel. The grounds are beautiful with lots of different seating areas .Within easy walking distance to Lari about 5 mins was a real bonus, a beautiful little medieval village , great views of it from the villa . A great base for exploring Tuscany. This is a perfect villa for a large party of people just perfect, hopefully we will be back . I can’t think of one negative.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dasya in July 2019. My sister and I planned the trip as a 75th birthday celebration for our parents and brought along our own families along. We created lifelong memories. The home itself is stunning, spacious and has the most incredible views from its gorgeous terrace. We loved being able to walk into the charming village of Lari for morning coffee, cozy dinners or an aperol spritz. The locals are so incredibly friendly which made the experience of being there for two weeks all the more memorable. However, we equally enjoyed relaxing and enjoying ourselves without leaving the comforts of the home. Our kids loved playing in the pool and chasing each other around the large backyard. The villa was appointed with everything you could possibly need and more. We had a few teenagers with us and they had plenty of room for themselves and loved the independence of being able to "walk to town." The kitchen had everything you could need to create memorable dining experiences both inside and al fresco. The private chef came multiple times and was fabulous - we loved everything she prepared. The onsite housekeeper/caretaker was amazing - truly one of the most lovely and helpful people we have come across in our travels. The home is a wonderful combination of luxury and creature comforts - you will not want for anything and feel as if you are part of something special in this gorgeous spot. The bedrooms were grand, beautiful yet so incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were equally lux and updated. And the villa has AC which was so helpful in the first few days we were there because it was very hot. While the village of Lari seems remote, this villa does not - you have neighbors and town is a five minute walk away. We wanted this option of walkability so if you like having that kind of access, this is the perfect villa. We litearally had the best two weeks with our family and would re-live it all in a heartbeat.

Great villa next to a great old village. We certainly enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing holiday.

We had the most amazing week at Villa Dasya to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house is beautiful and felt like a home away from home with plenty of space for all our guests. We organised to have a chef and staff to help and they could not have been better! Nothing was too much trouble, my birthday lunch in particular was absolutely delicious and the table looked beautiful! Letizia, the owner, was always on hand to help with queries if we needed and had lots of great suggestions about places to visit. The pool was lovely (but cold!) and we had everything we could possibly need. A perfect place for a celebration with friends! Kate

Dear Letizia, Thank you for all your many kindnesses, and especially for helping Jennifer with the arrangements for the flowers and cake, and to insure a nut-free demonstration dinner. Ralph and I and our entire family very much appreciate everything you did to make our vacation so special. Everything was wonderful!! We enjoyed the most incredible holiday--and celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary--at your beautiful home. The house, grounds, and pool are lovely. The children never wanted to leave the pool. And your staff is superb!! We all wanted to take Vincenzina home with us. She and Marzia are very warm and welcoming, and immediately made us feel at home. Vincenzina is also an excellent cook. She was kind enough to share her recipe for Ragu Bolognese--better than mine. All her meals were amazing, and already we miss them. And, everyone loved eating out on the patio. Ludovica and the grounds' keeper also were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you, too, for recommending the Burattinai restaurant in Lari. We enjoyed a wonderful meal there. We had a delightful time at Villa Dasya. The house was really beautiful and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating and pool. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We also really enjoyed the short walk into town to get wine or gelato or have dinner at one of the delicious restaurants. I highly recommend Villa Dasya.

We spent a week at Villa Dasya and loved every minute. The villa itself is a perfect blend of Italian grandeur and homely comfort. Part of its charm is that one really feels this is a family home: full of wonderful memories. The pool is fantastic and became the hub of our holiday - our 2 year old son adored it as much as we did. Lari is a beautiful, peaceful Tuscan village - we instantly switched to ‘holiday mode’, enjoying the area’s relaxed, gentle ambience. Delicious daily ice-creams in the main square soon become our afternoon routine, and in the evening we’d amble into town for sun set negronis. The private chef ‘experience’ is fantastic, I would highly recommend it. We enjoyed the most delicious, typically Tuscan feast, which had thoughtfully been made with our coeliac guest’s needs in mind. Al fresco dining on the veranda was yet another highlight of the holiday, enjoying the beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. I would return to Villa Dasya in a heartbeat - it’s a very special place, perfect for joyous summer days spent with family and friends. Many thanks,
